Before trying this video make sure to:
1. Stretch
2. Have water handy
3. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible).
4. Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout.
5. Have fun and be patient with yourself.
