Description

Quick, thirty minute high-intensity interval workout, minimal time, maximum results for busy professionals on the go. Each exercise is 45 seconds long and we run through a series of similar exercises that focus on full-body toning and cardiovascular training as well, with limited rest. But as usual, work at your own pace and rest and get water as you need to. If you don't have equipment or are not ready for that step, I will offer alternatives for each exercise.
