Welcome to Village Pilates, a Classical and Contemporary PMA Certified studio located in downtown Forest Park, in a beautiful and spacious revived theater building. Our ‘village’ mission is supported by our helpful and inclusive team of instructors, trained and passionate about teaching to all different bodies and abilities. Each of us is fully Certified in-house and Pilates Method Alliance approved, with our own contemporary influences and advanced training.
