I am a genuine yoga practitioner, and a devoted Yoga teacher. I have always had a passion for health and fitness since I was a child. I was introduced to yoga through figure skating around the age of sixteen. I fell in love with the practice as it improved my athletic abilities in various of sports.
Since finishing my 200 hour Yoga Teaching Training at Prana Yoga Teacher Training College in 2012, I have continued to deepen my practice and expanded the scope of my studies in Kids Yoga, Indoor Group Cycling and slowly working towards my Personal Trainer's Certification.
As an instructor, my hatha flow classes are meditative, a journey to self love and enabling my students to practice their own level of ability. It is my commitment to inspire others to realize their own inner strength. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than guiding people towards their health/fitness goals, and being apart of their journey.
