Cardio sword is practical swordsmanship for fitness. Throughout history the warrior class were the ones who had to be in tip top shape. Today's modern warriors are no different. Participants will be led through a brief explanation of the day's movements, safety precautions, and then 20 minutes of an intense cardio sword workout including strikes, stances, and foot movement. All you need is a long stick 36" -40" and room to swing it (look out for ceiling fans)!
