Hello! My name is Michelle Cavalieri. I have a love for all things barbell (especially Power lifting and Olympic lifting), but I started my fitness journey as a gymnast. When my gymnastics career came to an end, I searched for a way to maintain my core strength and flexibility, and I discovered the wonders of Pilates. I completed my Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates certifications through NETA. Soon after, I stumbled upon CrossFit and was instantly hooked. CrossFit changed the way that I thought about my body and overall fitness. The weight on my barbell matters to me more than the weight on my scale...and while both things have increased, my clothing size has stayed the same. I am a CF Level 1 trainer with over a year of experience coaching adults and teens. I combine my Pilates and CrossFit experiences into my very popular Boot Camp and Barre classes. In addition to all of the Pilates, boot camp, and barre classes that I instruct, I am also an AFAA certified Personal Trainer.
